the eye my father shut to keep his sight.
Under my bed was a dress box
spilling old pictures,
a sift of lost faces
to drift beneath my dreams.

snapped before I budded —

You will receive 30 points for submitting the poem and responding to your peers. Your own poem is worth 15 points. Your video or audio recording is worth 5 points, and each peer review is worth 5 points.
